Ios not downloading apps

Esp is a place where the connectivity is sketchy, re downloading is a pain. Absolutely nightmarish optimisation for ios. And once you do the dob, the app crashes. Pls rectify. As usual useless irresponsible Government App. I notified this to MParivahan help desk to update this and I have forwarded license copy to them as requested, but later they replied that I should contact respective RTO for any correction. RTO office is the most corrupted place in India even walls and floors are asking money irrespective of any matter.

Being a App owner and a part of useless digital India they must notify the RTO about the wrong entry or wrong details. I have an original license which had been issued by RTO. DigiLocker also a same.
