Maybe your internet service is horrible. To speed things up, you could disconnect ALL other devices from your internet. The game will take longer to download if you are sharing your PS4 connection amongst a laptop, or several different computers and iPads, all while surfing the web and watching streaming Netflix movies in a house with 3 or 4 other people who may be doing the same -- assuming you live with family, that is.
